Position: Domiciliary Care Manager

Ref: HDCAR 01

Location: South East London

Salary: £ Negotiable plus holiday pay and performance related bonus

Job Status: Permanent

The Role:

• To ensure that Home Care quality standards and performance measures are adhered to, including client-monitoring protocols.

• To develop relationships with healthcare service providers in the area and work closely with healthcare personnel to raise the standards of care provided to people

using services.

• Liaison with blocked contracts.

• To prepare, distribute and monitor all documentation (electronic or paper) to conform to policies and procedures and Care Standards.

• Recruitment and Selection of Planners, Customer Service Assistants, Home Care Assistants and Senior Home Care Assistants.

• To investigate all complaints from Service Users and their representatives, purchasers and other stakeholders and to report all issues of a serious nature to the Regional Director.

• To assist in the induction programmes.

The Candidate:

• NVQ Level 4/5 in Health and social care

•Proven ability to manage CQC compliance, and ensure best practice at all times.

• Excellent people management and leadership skills.

• Proven experience of running a domiciliary care service.

• Commercial Awareness.

• Full driving License and Access to a car essential.

Position: Senior Carers

Job description

• To carrying out both office and field based duties that involve completing staff supervisions whilst also carrying out client assessments, reviews and any other tasks deemed Necessary.

Job description

the role of Deputy Team Leader will be to assist the Team Leader and manage the unit in their absence. The Deputy Team Leader must have a background in high clinical care and in taking a senior or lead role within a unit. We may also consider RMNs but they must have excellent clinical skills.

Position: Registered Nurse – RGN/RMN

Job description

We have an opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN), general nurse or mental health nurse qualified to work within a residential nursing home on a permanent full time or part time basis.

The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting the elderly, and those suffering from • Dementia. They will be enthusiastic about care and will make the needs of the residents their priority.

• You must be able to interact with a full staff team, both nurses and carers to ensure the very best standard of nursing care is provided for their elderly clients.

• You will be required to work shifts, and ideally start as soon as possible.

• You must have a current NMC pin number and experience in supporting the elderly.

Some management duties will be required, as you will be supervising junior nursing and care staff, and assisting the Senior Nursing Staff in their management duties as and when required. RMN’s will also be considered for this role, provided they have experience in supporting elderly Dementia sufferers.

Position: Supported Living Care Co-ordinator Job

Job description

The Role will be to manage a defined area of service delivery in compliance with statutory and company standards, and to increase the hours of service supplied in your area. You will be required to ensure at all times that there is sufficient staff availability to maintain compliant service delivery.

Other duties include:

• Staff recruitment and CRB checks

• Able plan specific cover for staff holidays, sickness and training

• Managing around 500hours of care per week

• Manage any complaints

•Provide risk assessments

•Attend meetings with the multi-disciplinary team

•Care planning and assessing

•be able to participate in the ‘On call Rota’ which you will be paid extra for.

• Suitable candidates will have experience working in a Domiciliary setting and have excellent administration skills, ideally working with a computerised rota system.

Deputy Home Manager- RGN/RNLD/RMN- Learning Disabilities Service in South East London

Harmony Recruitment is recruiting a fantastic position for a driven and passionate nurse Deputy Manager to join a nursing home which cares for adults with varying levels of learning and physical disabilities.

• You will be expected to support the manager in the implementations of all policies and procedures, contribute to staff meetings and training for new and established staff.
