The Inn of the Five Graces, a Relais & Châteaux Property and Santa Fe's most compelling boutique hotel shares its winter rates along with tips for traveling to its sister properties in the West featuring fireplaces in guest rooms.

Santa Fe, New Mexico (PRWEB) November 03, 2015

Santa Fe’s iconic Inn of the Five Graces, Relais & Châteaux property, makes its guests comfortable this winter with its traditional kiva fireplaces, fragrant pinon wood, in room hot cocoa service and 15% off room rates from November through April. The Inn of the Five Graces considers itself among one of the Relais & Châteaux’s top four Rocky Mountain properties with cozy, romantic fireplaces including:

Inn of the Five Graces: Nestled in the oldest neighborhood in the country’s oldest capital city, all of the inn’s spectacularly designed 25 rooms and suites have fireplaces (the Luminaria House, a two-bedroom villa, has five). Each room in the Relais & Châteaux property is stocked with the finest piñon wood in New Mexico, perfectly cut for the original kiva fireplaces. Slightly different than the average fireplace, kivas have a soft, rounded shape, usually made from adobe with smaller openings, providing an authentic experience unique to New Mexico. The staff is dedicated to making the perfect fire for guests.

Dunton Hot Springs: A small and exclusive Relais & Châteaux resort tucked deep in the San Juan Mountains of the Colorado Rockies, this perfectly restored ghost town thrives on contradictions; hand- hewn log cabins exquisitely furnished, a life-worn saloon serving food of startling quality, lung torturing trails followed by pampering massages, sensuous hot springs beneath shimmering snow banks. Additionally, most of the cabins have fireplaces, the perfect way to warm up in a cold Rocky Mountain winter.

The Little Nell: As they say at The Little Nell, the city of Aspen is out their front door, Aspen Mountain is out the back—as Aspen’s only Relais & Châteaux and five star boutique property, the hotel exudes mountain luxury. Chicago designer and part-time Aspen resident Holly Hunt styled the 52 guest rooms, 26 premium guest rooms, 8 suites and 6 signature suites. Contemporary works of art offset her “Aspen Modern” plush, textured fabrics and palettes of cream, blue and chocolate. Many of the rooms have a cozy fireplace next to which guests can enjoy the perfect après ski cocktail.

The Home Ranch: Known as one of the best luxury dude ranches in the world, Relais & Châteaux property in Colorado, The Home Ranch, boasts elegant Western accommodations. The property is comprised of a main lodge with 6 unique lodge rooms, and 8 distinctive cabins, nestled in the aspens surrounding the lodge. Each of the accommodations is a winsome original, lovingly furnished and decorated with great care by owner and founder, Ann Stranahan—some of the cabins have a wood burning fireplace.

About the Inn of the Five Graces: The AAA Four Diamond award-winning 24-room Inn of The Five Graces, a Relais & Chateaux property, is a 24 room private sanctuary of lavishly decorated and supremely comfortable suites with dual sinks, deep soaking tubs, art and artifacts and wood burning fireplaces. Originally known as Seret's 1001 Nights, which opened in 1996 after present proprietors Ira and Sylvia Seret took a cluster of historic buildings and created a magical and fanciful retreat, blending traditional building methods with décor designed and curated by the couple and inspired by their travels around the world. Sylvia Seret, a renowned mosaic artist, designed the extensive mosaic tile-work for the suites and bathrooms while Ira Seret enhanced the Inn with his touch for art and interior design. The couple is internationally known for their imports and creation of unique and exotic architectural elements, rugs, furnishings and antiques, which are showcased in Seret & Sons, only a block from the Inn.

In 2002, The Inn found its new name honoring an exotic, sensuous and luxurious atmosphere along with its many Silk Route artifacts. The Five Graces was chosen to honor an Eastern belief that people are graced with five ways to enjoy the pleasures of the world: sight, sound, touch, smell, taste.

The AAA Four Diamond award-winning Inn of The Five Graces was named #1 hotel in the Southwest by Conde Nast Traveler Magazine’s 25th Annual Readers’ Choice Awards U.S., News &World Report’s “Best Hotels in the USA,” ranking #39 overall, including #1 hotel in New Mexico, #1 hotel in Santa Fe; and #8 in the category of Relais & Chateaux Hotels, a member organization based in France with a collection of the finest hotels from 55 different countries around the globe.
