Leading Microsoft Dynamics solution provider Ignify recognized for ground-breaking solutions built on Microsoft technology.

The company was honored among a global field of top Microsoft Corp. partners for demonstrating excellence in innovation and implementation of customer solutions based on Microsoft technology.

Awards were presented in multiple categories, with winners chosen from a set of more than 2,800 entrants from 117 different countries worldwide. Ignify was recognized for providing outstanding solutions and services, and innovative technology.

The Innovative Technology Partner of the Year Award recognizes a partner creating and deploying a cutting-edge technology solution. Ignify’s work with customer World Vision International was a key highlight for this award.

With Ignify’s implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX, World Vision is able to support the global supply chain project, managing donated goods and ensuring that relief goods can get to calamity- and disaster-stricken areas in a timely manner. In order to ensure this, team members must be able to quickly put in requests for certain items, receive approval of the request after checking for availability and location, and then have the items issued from the warehouse. This is not a typical “business model” that most ERPs would support, and thus, with the help of Ignify, World Vision adapted Microsoft Dynamics AX to meet its needs.

The Humanitarian Response Citizenship Partner of the Year Award recognizes a partner for creating a technology solution that provides relief during a humanitarian crisis. The humanitarian aid that Ignify provided to victims of Typhoon Haiyan, known as Typhoon Yolanda in the Philippines, in November 2013 was honored with this award.

Ignify is dedicated to providing humanitarian aid and support to areas impacted by natural disasters, and with an Ignify office in the Philippines, Ignify was especially driven to help alleviate the devastation caused by the typhoon. In partnership with other local Philippine businesses, Ignify developed a program to ship food packets and relief supplies to the affected region by truck and sea.
