WordWrite Communications, a strategic communications consulting firm, announced an agreement to take over the operations of Jampole Communications, effective Dec. 16. As part of the agreement, Jampole Communications founder and president Marc Jampole will join Wordwrite as executive vice president.

As a result of the combination, WordWrite’s annual revenue will increase by an estimated 25 percent.

The agreement with Jampole expands WordWrite’s portfolio of business-to-business, manufacturing, technology, health care and professional services clients, and enhances its integrated marketing capabilities.

“I have great respect for Marc and the quality work his firm has created for the last 28 years,” said Paul Furiga, president and CEO of WordWrite Communications. “We’re in the business of storytelling at WordWrite, and we use every tool in the PR toolkit to share our clients’ great untold stories. Jampole’s diverse clients and personalized approach are a natural fit. We are excited to work with such great organizations.”

“When I decided it was time to sell Jampole Communications so I could slow down a bit and pursue my career as a fiction and poetry writer, I carefully analyzed the capabilities of a number of agencies in the area,” Jampole said. “I ultimately selected WordWrite because of the firm’s high quality work and stellar reputation.”

Jampole’s clients include a variety of health care, manufacturing, nonprofit and professional services organizations.
