Matthew Kenney Cuisine is an integrated, California-based lifestyle company, providing consumers with innovative, high-quality products and services in the culinary arts, health, and wellness industries. In 2009, Kenney founded the world’s first classically structured raw food culinary academy and now operates around the world with locations in Venice, CA; Belfast, ME; Hua Hin, Thailand; globally via the online education platform; and soon to open, Miami, FL. The core program at Matthew Kenney Culinary focuses on the fundamentals of raw cuisine, which offers students comprehensive training in the principles of raw food. To date, Matthew Kenney Culinary Academy has graduated over 2,000 students from over 30 countries.

Along with his namesake academy, Matthew Kenney operates several restaurant, food & beverage concepts, including seasonally-driven Plant Food and Wine in Venice, CA and soon to open Plant Food and Wine Miami; Make Out, a plant-based cafe and grab and go for the everyday eater in Culver City, CA; and The Gothic, a full-service vegetarian restaurant built in a historic bank building in Belfast, Maine.
