The Dan Band

Dan Finnerty caught our attention as the foul mouthed wedding singer in the hit film Old School, performing his now infamous rendition of “Total Eclipse of the Heart” plus appearances in Starsky & Hutch and The Hangover. What started as a joke singing “I Am Woman” at a karaoke bar has spiraled out of control into THE DAN BAND, garnering rave reviews from The New York Times, L.A. Times, Variety and Rolling Stone plus prompted Entertainment Weekly to name it one of the hottest tickets in Hollywood.

Hummingbird’s Tour

Bucks County Playhouse, 70 S. Main St, New Hope

1970, Northern California. Three aging siblings are thrown into a comic philosophical frenzy by an unexpected guest bearing unsettling mystical predictions. This “end of life comedy” by Margaret Dulaney (Balitsaris) takes a playful look at life, more life, and life after life with wit and more than a few surprises. Come and see this new play brought to the Bucks County Playhouse for its first run with a talented ensemble cast from New York and L.A. All proceeds from ticket sales will go to support the Haitian microfinance institution Fonkoze committed to lifting Haiti’s rural poor out of poverty since 1994.
