Bsnl Broadband customers can reset broadband password online through bsnl self care portal.You can also chage your password through your nearest CSC(customer service centers).To change your password you should know the current password and user name.If you don't know the current password just see the article How to find broadband username and password.One thing is very important once you change the password you have to change the password of your modem also.

>http://selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in/ for Southern India
>Register if you don't have an account
>Sign in using your registered user name and password
>Click on services
>Click on Change broadband password
>Select service id
>Give current user name and password
>Click on Change password
> Give new password of your choice you have done.
Note;- Once you change your password you should change the modem password also to continue to use the service
