The free-to-play game World of Warships is getting a brand new line of ships in the near future. The Russian World of Warships website posted news that a brand new line of Russian Cruisers are coming to the game.

Hot on the heels of last week’s massive content update, Wargaming are being extra generous to their loyal fans by giving them even more news to get excited about. The official Wargaming.ru website has announced that the next ship line for World of Warships will be the Russian Cruiser line, featuring iconic ships such as the Kirov and Moskva.

Russian Steel

The only information available at the moment is the name of the ships, but the Russian Wargaming team have promised to release some more stats and in-depth information about the ships soon. Players have been trying to work out exactly what the next ship tree in the war game will be for quite some time, and when Wargaming released their “2016 teaser” they showed off a Russian cruiser line and a German battleships tree. At the time nobody knew when they would be released, or in which order, so it’s nice to finally have some concrete information from Wargaming. Check out the image below to see what the ships look like.

Right now all we know are the ship names and the tier that they belong to, but we can see that the entire line is full of iconic ships from history. After searching for some more information on the origins and history behind these ships, it’s clear that Wargaming have made some good choices when putting the tree together in World of Warships. These are the ships that have been included:

Tier I: Orlan

Tier II: Novik

Tier III: Bogatyr

Tier IV: Svetlana

Tier V: Kirov

Tier VI: Budyonny

Tier VII: Shchors

Tier VIII: Chapayev

Tier IX: Dmitrii Donskoi

Tier X: Moskva

The latest chapter in Star Wars: The Old Republic – Knights of the Fallen Empire only launched a few days ago. That doesn’t stop the guys and girls over at Bioware and Electronic Arts to announce the release of the next chapter. Anarchy of Paradise was the first of seven new chapters in the Knights of the Fallen Empire expansion. The next one will be called Disavowed, and it will go live on March 10th. It will continue the profound plot full of player-driven decisions that will make a significant difference in the end. Major Jorgan, the commander of the elite soldiers of Havoc Squad, will be reintroduced, fighting alongside the Outlander. Players will soon find out how far he and his soldiers will go to fight the Eternal Empire.

It seems as though the Knights of the Fallen Empire is a real success for the MMORPG. According to Electronic Arts, the Star Wars: The Old Republic community has fought against the Eternal Empire for more than 900 million minutes in the first 2 months of the expansion’s release. Players have made more than 27 million choices that have shaped each individual story.

Over the course of the year, the storyline will further expand, introducing new characters and forcing players to make difficult choices along the way. Each month, a new chapter will launch, concluding the story of the Knights of the Fallen Empire in late summer.

We will keep you posted.

Prepare your spacecraft and go on an intergalactic journey with the crew of Planet Express to fight a trade war against the rivalling trading company MomCo.! Late last year, the guys and girls over at Wooga announced that they were working on a mobile game based on the Futurama franchise. While many players might have hoped for a The Simpsons: Tapped Out kind of game, the Berlin based development studio instead chose the puzzle game genre. In their latest dev blog, they call it a match-4 game, which might refer to the number of tiles that have to be matched, but we’re not sure. While the genre itself might be a small disappointment to some people, we are positive that there is still a lot to look forward to, whether you’re a Futurama fan or not.

As depicted in the behind the scenes video below the jump, Futurama: Game of Drones features an original plot written by Patric M. Verrone, one of the key writers of the original television show. Wooga’s aim was to create a puzzle game with an immersive story that accurately reflects the vibe of the franchise. Anyone who has ever delved into a match-3 game will know that an immersive plot is rarely a central part of this genre. Futurama: Game of Drones features a fun and humorously critical take on drones.

The puzzle game will launch worldwide for iPhones, iPads, and Android smartphones and tablets on February 25th. It will be entirely free-to-play! Android users can pre-register in the Google Play Store to get an email notification when the title goes live.
