It’s once again Halloween in Springfield, and the Treehouse of Horror has kicked off this year with a load of new content for the Simpsons: Tapped Out. We are here to help you out and give you an easy-to-understand run-down of this year’s event.

The first thing you will notice is that everything in Springfield looks a bit spooky; the trees are darker, the rivers are murky, and there’s a creepy feeling throughout the town. The main content of this year’s Halloween even is split into three parts, which are being released in a staggered fashion.

Starting the Event

In order to kick the event off, you need to send Bart and Lisa to start gathering things to build the iconic Campfire, this starts with sending the siblings to do “Babyish Busy Work”. After the Campfire is built in Springfield, you can start the first part of the Treehouse of Horror 2015 event.

Once the event starts, you will find quests to be completed and “scary stories” to be told that generate the new Halloween currency, which are s’mores, zombies, snakes, skeletons and bunnies. As you slowly upgrade the campfire, the rewards you get from it increase. Check out the table below to see which rewards you will get.

Tip: If you login at least once every day you will get additional s’mores as a login bonus.

Overview of Part 1

Once you have built your campfire, the Treehouse of Horror quest-line starts and guides you all the way through as per normal. This first part is available until the 20th of October, when part 2 begins. The rewards are as follows:
