Hey friends. :) I’m on the recovery from Scrapfest last weekend. I love love love spending time with my Lawn Fawn family and meeting new friends (and seeing some old ones!), but make and takes are exhausting. I also picked up a little bug from meeting so many people. We’ll call it a scrapfest hangover. Ha!
Popping in today to share a card I made using some of my very favorite Hero Arts Mid-Tone Shadow Inks right now and this fabulous stamp set from Neat and Tangled. This stamp set is back in stock at Simon Says and is hot, hot, hot for cardmaking and project life!
I stamped the HAPPY circle in Mint Julep, Tide Pool and Green Hills and then outlined them in Butter Bar with the corresponding circle. I also used some gold baker’s twine from The Twinery and accented my bow with a Lawn Fawn heart covered in yellow sequins + glossy accents. A little sparkle always makes everything more fun.
Here’s a close-up of that sequin heart. It would be even cooler with another layer of glossy accents over the top to create a smooth, paper-weight like look. I must try this on my next card!
