I wanted a bag that was basically a duffel bag with shoulder straps because I wanted to use it as my carry on luggage and didn’t want a bunch of extra pockets to add to the exterior size and force me to check my back rather than carry it on the plane with me. This is SO MUCH more than that, and it is far better. If I were to build my dream pack this is it! The top main compartment is easy to load from the top and you have easy access to it from the bottom as well. There is a huge inner pocket down at the bottom to hold your water bag or anything else that you want–or nothing at all, it doesn’t take up extra room if you just want to use your main pouch for one large storage compartment. This inner pocket is large enough to hold my MSR 10 Liter Dromedary Water Bag if I wanted to carry that–it’s huge.
As I said, there is access to the upper storage compartment from the bottom. When you zip open the bottom, it gives access to the lower storage compartment, which is about 20% the size of the upper one from my visual guess; then you simply unzip one other flap to gain access to the upper storage chamber from below, which is nice. Plus, this flap can be upzipped to lay flat, which combines both chambers into one larger storage compartment if you want.
You can hold 2 large water bottles on each side, there is an H2O tube opening on the upper side, and on top you have extra storage with a pull over hood and draw string with a quick release holder to tighten or loosen the strings fast for quick easy access. There is also a small storage pouch up top if you want to use it, and small pouch on the hip pads.
There is an extra set of draw strings to compress and secure the top if you are not carrying much gear, and there are many tie downs and draw straps to compress the bag if you don’t need full capacity for the good sized bag.
I have a tall torso, I’m 6’1″, 250 Lbs, and I adjusted this pack in the middle settings! I was in shock, I am a person who can wear regular shirts or long shirts, so I’m right in the middle for a longer torso, and so someone who’s tall, really tall, will not have a problem with this pack; and yet, my Sister, who is 4′ 11″ tall, was also able to wear this pack.
It is made so rugged that I can’t believe that I didn’t pay twice the price. I can’t say enough good about this pack. I am going on a 3-week trip and I’m using this one because I want to force myself to just pack lighter. Some people may want that extra 20 Liters of storage space that the larger bags offer, but packing light and simple is my preference to save on weight. However, if they ever make this pack in a larger size, I’m going to buy that one too. This is a great pack.

For the price, this thing rocks. I got it for myself, but ended up giving it to my wife after she saw its simplicity. I did change out the hip buckle, because the original is a bit crappy. Adjustable; I am 5’9 and 170lbs, my wife is 5’5 and 110lbs (we can both use this pack with some adjustment). Breathable and compression-able; she loves the way it feels even after a long trek.

I paid 79$ for this pack. It shipped free exactly 7 days from the time I ordered it. As far as the overall design in concerned, its a great pack. It has a large separate sleeping bag compartment at the bottom on the pack. It has two medium sized bottle holders on the outside of the pack and a cellphone/wallet sized pocket built onto the waste belt. The adjustable shoulder strap system should make it possible for anyone from young teenagers to large adults to wear this pack comfortably. It lacks any large outside pockets, but it has several hidden internal compartments and a larger compartment in the hood for storing items. The compression straps, large waste belt, and internal metal frame on the outside of this pack keeps the weight closer to your back, making it more comfortable to carry a large load than it would be in a standard backpack. I was easily able to fit a large water bladder, sleeping bag, 3-man tent, small inflatable mattress and 3 days of clothes into this pack with plenty of pockets to spare. This would make a great multi-day hiking bag or European backpacking bag. Its seems to be made of sturdy material.
Other Features I liked:

side compression straps help keep weight close to your body and reduce bulk
extremely lightweight
