I wish I had all of the money back I wasted on furminators, as seen on tv, and any other dog grooming brush. This Deshedding brush is by far the best built and most effective tool I have tried in 12 years. (We’ve had two German Shepherds and now a Golden Retriever.) While these dogs are know for shedding, I’m not constantly following my Golden around with a vacuum cleaner or duster picking up his hair. He hated the furminator, but actually lets me brush him with this tool. Highly recommended!

I have a Shiba Inu, and she sheds like crazy (having a double coat doesn’t help, that’s for sure, and it’s summertime – double whammy)!!! As soon as I received the tool (which arrived a day early, which, because I have Amazon Prime, meant it only took one day to receive!!) I easily put it together and proceeded to de-shed my dog like never before! I got an enormous amount of fur off her in a very short amount of time. It was fantastic! She looks great! I’ve never used a Furminator de-shedding tool, but I can’t imagine that it can be any better than this product which costs much less than the Furmintor. I am very pleased with my purchase!

We are very happy with the DakPet deshedding tool. We have two cats Brittish Short hair and it was clear how good it was by how much loose fur it removed. Also, our cats immediately took to it and started following us around the house hoping for some more DakPet pleasure. It has even got to the point where Jimmy (the cat) comes running when he sees you pick up the deshedder. Over all very happy owner (and cats)
