Kerri Lynch-Delaney, who previously owned Quincy bakery Babycakes for nearly a decade, is opening a restaurant with pizza, steak tips, and more. Her aunt — well-known restaurateur Barbara Lynch — has been helping her develop the menu, Lynch-Delaney previously told Eater.

Akinto
Another successful graduate of Wink & Nod's pop-up incubator, Akinto is getting its own permanent space right next door (in the former Merrill & Co. space). Helmed by Patrick Enage, Akinto focuses on Southeast Asian flavors. (Enage is from the Philippines.) During Akinto's months-long residency at Wink & Nod, the menu included dishes like 18-hour pork belly with kabocha-pho broth; fish stew with lemongrass-clam broth; shrimp bao bun with curried mussel liqueur; and spicy pork "drop wontons" with anise BBQ, toasted sesame rice wine, and peanut paste.

Bar Mezzana
A group of Barbara Lynch Gruppo alum — married couple Colin Lynch (no relation to Barbara Lynch) and Heather Kennaway Lynch, along with Jefferson Macklin — will open a "coastal Italian" restaurant within the Sepia condo building at the Ink Block complex this spring. It will seat around 130 inside and 40 on a patio.

Battle Road Brewing Company
Founded in 2012, Battle Road Brewery is opening a new facility and brewpub at Mill & Main, the site of Maynard's Clock Tower Mill. The 30-barrel facility will expand production from 500 to 5,000 barrels per year. The brewpub will seat 50-75 people, and there will be an outdoor beer garden overlooking Mill Pond.

This Boston Nightlife Ventures project was originally slated for a Somerville location (261 Elm St. in Davis Square), but that didn't come to pass. "Born from nostalgic memories of top quality food & produce found in the local butcher shops of [BNV's] youth," Certified Meatball Company was still "happening and ready to go" as of late summer 2015, but the team was looking for a different location. It's listed on the BNV website as "currently under development" now.

Charlie's Sandwich Shoppe
87-year-old Charlie's Sandwich Shoppe, a South End institution, closed in summer 2014, but Evan Deluty (chef/owner of Stella) and his wife Candice bought it and are reopening it as basically the same restaurant after some renovations.

Clover
Ever-growing food truck and restaurant brand Clover expects to add its first Boston proper brick-and-mortar locations by spring 2016, starting with 27 School St. in Downtown Crossing, formerly a Boloco. Other addresses have not yet been announced. Meanwhile, the long-awaited Newbury Street truck, which will be anchored to its spot, may materialize soon.

Eataly
Spanning 45,000 square feet and three floors, international chain Eataly will arrive in Boston at the Prudential Center, which is currently undergoing millions of dollars worth of renovations. Mario Batali, Joe Bastianich, and Lidia Bastanich, along with other partners and collaborators, are behind the massive Italian-themed playground, which includes multiple restaurants and shopping areas. The growing chain was founded in 2007 by Oscar Farinetti, who opened the first Eataly in Torino, Italy.

Fat Hen
A 30-seat restaurant will open inside of La Brasa, within a space that was previously being used as a market. It will feature a very small open kitchen, "bowls of fresh pasta, braised meats, and locally grown or foraged produce," and a "modest but mighty" beverage program with a focus on "niche, offbeat" Italian wines and beers. L'Espalier and Sel de la Terre alum Michael Bergin is in charge; he has also worked at popular New York City Italian restaurants Del Posto and A Voce.

A New York export with a Texan heart, Hill Country will open its fourth location here, offering "Texas-style barbecue, live music, and Southern hospitality." The Boston location will span 8,000 square feet and include a dining room, a bar, a marketplace, and private club space.

Lamplighter Brewing Co.
A microbrewery and taproom founded by beer lovers AC Jones and Cayla Marvil, who have both studied brewing. Jones also has a background in molecular biology and biochemistry, while Marvil has a background in math and experience in the restaurant industry. Head brewer Tyler Fitzpatrick is an alum of Wormtown, Mystic, and Cape Cod breweries.

Toro and Coppa duo Jamie Bissonnette and Ken Oringer are crossing the river to open a 110-seat restaurant (plus a patio that will fit nearly 50) that will offer breakfast, lunch, dinner, and "very comprehensive" late-night options. Little Owl Tavern

The State Park team (minus Barry Maiden, who parted ways with the group in spring 2015) will open a Jewish delicatessen in the former West Bridge space, adjacent to State Park. Mamaleh's will feature a market (hello, frozen blintzes) and gift shop in addition to a 114-seat dining room and a seasonal patio. Nancy Batista-Caswell is opening her third restaurant — her first in Boston. (Her other venues are both in Newburyport: Ceia Kitchen + Bar and BRINE.) Justin Shoults (who has worked at both Ceia and BRINE) will be executive chef, serving up "small plates and heartier options that showcase land and sea in a new light." Restaurateur Michael Mina, who has more than 20 restaurants around the country, will open his first Boston location at the Millennium Tower Boston (where he'll also oversee a private club just for residents of the building). Mina and chef Ken Tominaga opened izakaya-inspired PABU in Baltimore in 2012 (that location later shuttered) and San Francisco in 2014. The menu will have a similar layout to the offerings in San Francisco, including a la carte small plates, sushi, robatayaki, and a chef's tasting (omakase).

Japan-meets-Spain tapas with a focus on seafood and a "'less is more' approach to composition." The restaurant could seat around 172 inside and 64 on a seasonal patio. Owner Tracy Chang is an alum of O Ya and Guchi's Midnight Ramen. "PAGU is a hearth for the community to gather and collaborate over soulful food and drink, an environment for creativity to thrive," Chang previously told Eater.

RFK Kitchen
Mandarin Oriental and Liquid Art House alum Rachel Klein is opening her own place, probably in the early spring. While RFK Kitchen will seat around 100, the main feature will be 20 counter seats looking into an open kitchen. "When I cook for my friends and my family, they always sit at my counter; it's how we eat," Klein previously told Eater. "I want to create this interactive place for ideas and communication. People don't really eat at the dining room table anymore like they used to, sharing their day or their ideas. Now everybody goes out to eat all the time." The restaurant will serve lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch.

Roxy's A4cade
The name may not be definite yet, but it hints at what's going on — this will be a collaboration between the Roxy's Grilled Cheese and Area Four teams, and it will include an arcade. "There will be games," Roxy's owner James DiSabatino previously told Eater. "We just want to create a big, fun space that represents both of our brands, and this will be it." The restaurant may seat around 108, plus 40 on a seasonal patio, and preliminary plans include a Roxy's dining area, an Area Four bar area, a private dining area, and 20 assorted games, from Skee-ball to shuffleboard. In late 2015, Cambridge Day noted that the restaurant wouldn't serve Area Four's signature pizza. Instead, picture grilled cheese sandwiches made with the ingredients of Area Four pizzas.

Saloniki
Jody Adams, Jonathan Mendez, and Eric Papachristos are opening a "fine-casual" Greek restaurant that will draw inspiration from the street food of Greece and focus on "customizable" dishes with ingredients like lamb meatballs, pork shoulder, pita, and whipped feta. Papachristos is from Thessaloniki, which inspired the name. The team is also reportedly working on a new seafood concept in Back Bay. Adams and Papachristos are partners in Trade, where Mendez worked as the opening restaurant manager.

The newest venture from the MET Group's Kathy Sidell, a Barcelona-inspired seafood restaurant, will be located right next to its big sibling, MET Back Bay. Saltie Girl will seat 30. Expect briny flavors, lobster, and canned seafoods and vegetables.

It's a long way off, but the next local outpost of Shake Shack will open at Watermark Seaport. The fast-casual chain, which has locations around the world, is based in New York. The Smoke Shop
Tremont 647's Andy Husbands is opening a barbecue restaurant in the former Tommy Doyle's space in Kendall Square, serving up "competition-style" platters of ribs, brisket, etc., as well as less traditional dishes like smoked and fried chicken banh mi. Don't expect a roadhouse-style place. "Live music, patios, lots of whiskey," promises the restaurant's Twitter bio.

Southern Kin Cookhouse
Assembly Row is mostly up and running these days; the hectic period of one restaurant opening after another has subsided. But one more is heading for a spring opening — Southern Kin Cookhouse and Bar, from Boston Nightlife Ventures (Wink & Nod, Griddler's Burger + Dogs, The Tap Trailhouse). Southern Kin's beverage selection will have a serious whiskey focus. The restaurant will seat about 100 inside and 60 on a seasonal patio, and the menu will include dishes like blackened gator tacos and country-fried steak.

Steinbones
In the works in some form or another for more than three years, this "Jew...ish" barbecue restaurant from Commonwealth's Steve "Nookie" Postal could become a reality in 2016, Zagat heard. The restaurant's website promises dishes like smoked short rib pastrami, brisket, and fried matzo balls. In the meantime, Steinbones barbecue sauce is available.

Popular wood-fired pizza truck Stoked is opening a brick-and-mortar location in the former Sunny Boy space in Brookline's Washington Square. In addition to pizza, sandwiches and salads will be available at the restaurant, which is owned by musician Scott Riebling (Letters to Cleo, Weezer) and Toirm Miller, who owned the Jack and the Bean Bowl food cart in Copley Square.

West Concord Beef Company
A "neighborhood eatery" presumably located in West Concord. The Whole House Group (29 Sudbury and the forthcoming Battle Road Brewing Company and Flank) is behind it. Corporate filings turn up an address of 50 Beharrell St. in Concord, but it's unclear whether that's an office for the restaurant group or the actual site of the restaurant.

Winter Hill Brewing Company
This 2800-square-foot brewery will be a taproom in the afternoon and evening, complete with sandwiches, cheese, and charcuterie, and it will function as a cafe with beverages and grab-and-go snacks in the morning.

Unnamed Project From Grafton Group
Sticking to its usual home base of Harvard Square, the Grafton Group — which owns several restaurants in the neighborhood (Russell House Tavern, Park, etc.) and one new one across the river in Boston proper (State Street Provisions) — is taking over the former Herrell's Ice Cream space (which, since Herrell's, has briefly housed First Printer and Kennedy's on the Square). The group has described the new restaurant, known temporarily as "Dunster Restaurant," as a "vibrant oyster bar" (think seafood towers, lobster rolls, clam chowder) with a "robust" takeout program. It will be open for lunch and dinner daily.

Unnamed Project From Hungry Mother Team
The team behind now-shuttered Hungry Mother (as well as State Park and the forthcoming Mamaleh's Delicatessen), minus Barry Maiden, will open a new restaurant in the Hungry Mother space this spring. Hungry Mother shuttered in early July 2015 after Maiden parted ways with the group. The team has not yet announced a name or concept for the new restaurant. Unused Hungry Mother gift cards will be accepted at the new place.
