A day after Kareena Kapoor gave birth to her son, Taimur Ali Khan Pataudi, papa Randhir who was by her side at Breach Candy Hospital said that gifts and blessings have been pouring in. “I am delighted to be a grandfather of three now (Karisma’s daughter, Samaira, son Kiaan Raj, and Kareena’s Taimur). Bebo will be discharged day after tomorrow depending on how well she is doing. She is resting now,” Randhir beamed.
Meanwhile, Kareena’s uncle, Rishi Kapoor, congratulated Kareena and Saif Ali Khan on their firstborn, describing the baby as a “sunny boy”, informing everyone that both mother and baby were doing well and he’d pass on everyone’s wishes.
However, his genial mood evaporated following the speculations over Taimur’s name and the 64-year-old actor hollered on the social media, “Why are people so bothered what the parents want to name their child. Tumhare bete ka naam toh nahi rakha na? Who are you to comment? Alexander and Sikander were no saints. They are common names in the world. A lot of people are going to be blocked if any more arguments happen.”
