**Description**
The Sourcing Manager-Resin executes the strategy and sourcing activities for the assigned category, as directed by the Strategic Sourcing Manager. This associate gathers and provides business requirements and other key inputs for a site, cluster, region or business to the strategic sourcing process. This associate is responsible for sourcing execution including bid analysis, supplier selection and negotiation planning, and selected implementation activities including procurement aspects of supplier qualification and implementation.
The Sourcing Manager leads supplier management activities for criticality 2 & 3 suppliers. The assigned area of spend may include new product development or pre-direct spend, including GPDS activity._ _

The Sourcing Manager handles a wide range of two-way communication with and in support of site procurement including, but not limited to approval of new supplier additions, confirmation on pricing inquiries, communication of changes for contracted items in area of responsibility, level of escalation on supply issues after the planner / buyer, compliance to supplier management metrics and contingency planning.
Performance is measured against agreed cost savings and value targets as well as proficiency in the use of the applicable tools for the strategic sourcing process.
**Financial Impact:**
Accountable for PPV, last price paid savings and value target delivery. _ _If applicable, accountable for completion of the GPDS procurement work stream deliverables in line with the business plan.

**Budget Responsibility:**
Provides budget forecast input for area of responsibility. Jointly accountable for final standards and annual and quarterly forecast to Finance.
**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**
Represents regional Sourcing Team activity, including strategy development, negotiation planning, bid analysis and supplier selection. May include participation on GPDS core or extended teams as required.

Participates in the development of Sourcing strategies
Leads local or regional implementation of approved Sourcing strategies, including detailed implementation planning, supplier qualification, and change documentation / ECO._ May include GPDS-related work stream activities. _
Leads supplier management activity for Criticality 2 & 3 suppliers, including any assigned OEM suppliers
Interfaces with external customers around procurement activity
Supports other local requirements as needed, including acquisition integration, GPDS and supply base project activity
Position may also be located in the BD facilities in Oxford, England or DunLaughaire, Ireland.
