1. Zokoko Tranquilidad 72% Bolivia Fine Dark Chocolate 85g :
Zokoko sources beans directly from Hacienda Tranquilidad, near Baures in Bolivia. The town of Baures has been a cacao centre for over 350 years. The Cacao is known as Beniano or Cacao Silvestri, genetically unique and not found anywhere else in the world. The Cacao on these islands is grown without intervention, making it some of the purest heirloom cacao grown today. Made here in Australia, Zokoko's production process is labour intensive and it takes about 5 days to make a batch of chocolate. Tranquilidad is alive with dried fruit notes and natural honey.
2. Zokoko Alto Beni 68% Bolivia Fine Dark Chocolate 85g :
Zokoko sources beans from Alto Beni in Bolivia. Cacao has been grown in the area for over 35 years with project involvement to improve the quality of cultivation, harvesting, drying and fermentation processes. The farmers have also co-planted fruit trees and various spices to ensure that they have a variety of crops to better support their families and communities. After a long boat ride from Chile, the Alto Beni chocolate is produced in Australia with gentle roasting and minimal impact to retain the delicate citrus and honey notes.

With a luxurious, velvety mouth feel, this chocolate has full cocoa flavour and smooth creaminess followed by a gentle fruit finish.
