I get an error whenever I attempt to download anything from the downloads section of homeseer.com that uses the ftp:// protocol. ftp://ftp.homeseer.com/updates/HSM200/HSM200_18_OTA.zip - here is an example. Also the older HS2 downloads have the same issue. HS3 downloads use a different method and work for me.
Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I am hoping it will get corrected soon.
