If Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor’s back-and-forth on social media were a boxing match, Mayweather just attempted an uppercut to the jaw.
Here’s his latest tweet that will continue to fuel the fire surrounding a potential fight:

Once again, Mayweather is griping over the amount McGregor should earn to step into the ring with him (remember, he called UFC president Dana White a “comedian” when offered $25 million to fight McGregor). Here, he’s trying to point out how much the MMA fighter is worth.
The problem is: Does anyone besides McGregor know how much McGregor is worth?
As many people have pointed out, Forbes estimates McGregor made $22 million in 2016. For what it’s worth, they also say Mayweather made $44 million last year.
Not quite a knockout blow, it seems. But expect this battle of words to continue until there’s official word that a fight is on or not.
