Jake Cave is a center fielder playing for the Yankee’s Triple-A affiliate Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders, and he has some serious power.

Although Cave has just three homer runs in 123 Triple-A at-bats this season, he proved that his power was no joke Wednesday when he obliterated a baseball onto the roof of a nearby apartment building.

Cave’s home run was so deep that it completely deked out the cameraman, who apparently was stuck with a standard def camera. But we’ll take the announcer’s word that the ball landed on a roof because it certainly looked crushed.

Scranton/Wilkes-Barre (that’s a mouthful) went on to beat Toledo, 7-3.
