Albert Haynesworth has some advice for free agent defensive end Ndamukong Suh, because if there’s one person Suh should be talking to, it’s the $100 million man who showed up overweight to Washington Redskins camp, failed multiple conditioning tests,  started a total of 12 games before a suspension and trade, couldn’t even succeed with the Patriots even though Bill Belichick goes through reclamation projects like they’re sweatshirt sleeves, then finished up his pathetic career in Tampa and “retired” at age 30.

L-O-freaking-L.

Albert Haynesworth wants to give Ndamukong Suh advice. Run, bro. Run as fast as you can. Stomp on him if you have to.

Just get away. I mean, to his credit, Haynesworth did get $100 million in free agency and then essentially stole $35.6 million from the Redskins by making plays like this …

… so maybe he has some advice to offer in how to get P-A-I-D. But I don’t think Suh, to his credit, is looking to sign a contract he has no intention of living up to.

Suh would be better off getting driving tips from Yasiel Puig and Jayson Werth; Oscar-hosting tips from James Franco; GM advice from Matt Millen and hair-care tips from Kim Kardashian.

So what sage wisdom did the player who ate and lazied his way out of the league have to tell Suh?

“He needs to really study, like, who he’s thinking about going to.”

Makes sense. Sure, you could just throw a dart and hope it works out like most free agents, but Albert makes a fine point there. Think about where you’re signing. Revolutionary thinking. He’s like a modern day Thomas Paine.

He told The Greg Pogue and Big Joe Show on ESPN Nashville:

“Also, you need to kind of look at the track record of the coach, see if he’s going to stay, talk to some former players, just to get the inside scoop about it, and make sure that they’re playing the exact same defense as Detroit.”

Haynesworth is referring to the Redskins switching to a 3-4 defense after promising him they’d be playing a 4-3 defense. And true, the 3-4 may not have been the best move, but Haynesworth signed a $100 million contract so you’d think he’d able to suck it up. Instead, he sounds like a kid who misses summer camp when talking about his time with the Titans.

So, Ndamukong Suh, for the good of your career, I hope you’re too busy studying, like, who you’re thinking about going to rather than reading transcripts of interviews from the biggest free agent bust in history.
