The shift to plantbased eating is steadily on the rise with the help of social media. In fact, it is the fastest growing lifestyle movement with three and a half times more animal-free eaters in 2016 than 2006. You can easily find lifestyle accounts on any social media platforms for inspiration on plantbased recipes, crueltyfree fashion, beauty, and vegan businesses to support.
