We have previously told you the fact that Android 5.0 Lollipop rolled out for AT&T Galaxy Note 3http://www.blugga.com/2015/03/26/android-5-0-lollipop-rolls-out-for-att-galaxy-note-3/, but we know that many of you might want much more than that. The device is indeed among the first to receive an Android 5.0 Lollipop ROM, but now we also have an unofficial CM12.1 port based on the latest Android 5.1 Lollipop version.
You should know from the start this tutorial is only for Samsung Galaxy Note 3 with the following versions N9002, N9005, N9006, N9008, N9008S, N9008V, as well as all the other North American models equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 chipset, so don’t try this guide on any other Android device. Even more, keep in mind that we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused due to the instruction given in this page. Anyway, it is very unlikely to see your device damaged or bricked if you follow all the instructions as they are given in this procedure.
Don’t forget about the unlocked bootloader of your handset and that you must have a custom recovery options such as CWM or TWRP if you want to complete this guide. Also enter into Settings – Developer Options – USB Debugging to verify if the USB Debugging option has been checked and make sure you have at least 60% battery power left so you don’t run out of battery during the guide. At the end, make a backup of your data.
