Namaste friends!  It is a glorious Monday.  I hope that you are having a great morning!  Today I wanted to share a different form of Yoga practice with you.  This is a Yoga sequence where you use a stick to help maintain flexibility and balance.  This is a relaxed and simple way to add stick to your routine.  If you don’t have  the special stick that is shown in this video, you can use a broom handle or a rolled up towel.  I used a curtain rod.  Even if you don’t have a stick, you can still do this practice.

This is a great practice anytime you are feeling a little depressed or need some laughter to brighten your day!  When you watch the video you will see what I mean.

A great man who has a beautiful outlook on life!

“Happiness is not an accident.  Nor is it something you wish for.  Happiness is something you design.”

Peace, love, blessings,

Tammy
