Hand picked, by yours truly. Fresh coconut juice, anybody? Me in Savusavu, Fiji on the front deck.

“Why does Ryan publish these types of posts?

I mean, why put the spotlight on other bloggers so much of the time?”

You may be thinking these things.

Broke bloggers think I’m making a mistake.

Moderately successful bloggers may think this is a pretty good idea.

Stupid successful bloggers would simply say….

“DUH! The guy is living in a beach front home in Savusavu, Fiji, 50 meters above the bay and Pacific Ocean, with a million dollar view. How da heck do ya think he got there!”

When you look at the *happiest*, mega-successful, famous folks, they simply give up their platform more often than not to shout out others.

They promote other people. A lot.

Chris Brogan habitually tells his twitter followers who they need to connect with, immediately, helping out both up and coming and established entrepreneurs expand their presence, and build their brands.

I learned a while back that successful people are good at making other people successful.

Now, that doesn’t ONLY mean accepting money, before you help make someone successful with your coaching services (yep, click it, to learn more about my blog coaching services).

It means promoting the living stuffing out of folks on your blog without looking for anything in return.

When you freely promote other people, success makes a beeline for you.

Blogging from Paradise: The Golden Rule

Did you ever wonder why I was featured on a gazillion blogs in like 2 and a half months?

Blog commenting was the fuel that made my feature frenzy engine go, of course, but another factor was at play.

I featured a bunch of bloggers on Blogging from Paradise. So a bunch of bloggers featured me. Give freely, receive easily. Of course I built bonds with the bloggers through commenting.

And of course, if you want to learn about how to build an online empire through blog commenting, I’m excited to share my new eBook with you. Pick it up.

Click the pretty picture to pick up my new eBook.

As for the bloggers I’ve featured, I helped them out because I believe in them and I want them to grow their business….because…..

….everything I want, I want for them. Or in more simple terms, I want my blogging buddies to be free. I know they are free, I just want them to be freer, and I want them to inspire as many people as humanly possible, and I want to grow their business for them. So I promote them.

The good old Golden Rule. There goes Ryan again, speaking sowing and reaping, until we are weeping.

Yes, you’ll be in tears, some of you, with me noting the idea yet again. Some may be sick of hearing about the concept and others may be moved by the fact that, by this oh so simple idea, of living the Golden Rule, that a former security guard could sitting in a house on a cliff in Fiji, with a million dollar view – or like, 20 million dollar view, because it’s freakin’ bananas, possibly one of the best views on earth – writing blog posts, selling his eBooks, writing posts for his freelance clients, writing reports for his blog coaching clients, and living a ridiculously freeing, spectacular life.

I ain’t gonna lie. My life IS spectacular. How many people on earth can say:

“I’m living for 4 months in Fiji in a beach front home then I’m heading to Bali for a month.”

“I petted three, 400 pound tigers in their cage in Thailand.”

“I fed rare and endangered squirrel monkeys – the cutest monkeys on earth, IMO – in Quepos, Costa Rica.”

“A wild man bit me on the arm in Kathmandu, Nepal. (hey, it was an experience)”

“I am a full time, professional blogger who has island hopped and has done some land-locked hopping over the past 40 months straight.”

I am eternally blessed, and grateful to be living this life, but hey, I SHOULD be living it. Cause. Effect.

I’m obeying the Golden Rule.

I’m thinking abundance and I’m acting abundantly, promoting other bloggers aggressively, growing their business, and NOT WORRYING about linking out to other people, and when you don’t *fear loss* you send out a loud and clear signal to the Universe: I am free.

Naturally, the Universe gives you all types of freedom, through vehicles like:

Great friends

House-sitting gigs in Fiji (yeah, call me “Higgins”)

Prospering relationships

Kick butt ideas that help to build a prospering blog

money

It’s easy. Give what you want. I’m here, blogging from paradise, because I built up my skill set, worked intelligent, and persistently, and built bonds with online influencers.

I also publish posts like these from time to time, where I highlight blogging buddies through my title, but if you’ve noticed I feature at least 3 bloggers or more in my recent posts.

Give what you wish to receive.

Folks, when you act abundantly, and shift your intent toward promoting other folks freely through your blog, and helping them succeed, success can’t help but to find you.

You want to know why I’m so happy? I worked on my mind, for sure, but I derive great joy from writing posts like these.

Put the spotlight on fellow bloggers, look for nothing in return, and the Universe will shine a big old spotlight on you, from all sorts of directions, many of which you couldn’t have anticipated.

Before we dive in to the awesome list of pro blogging buddies you need to hire, if you haven’t picked up either of my Blogging from Paradise eBooks yet, pick up the 2 eBook combo. You’ll save money and have unlimited inspiration at your disposal, in a jiffy.

Kelli Cooper (and a Note about My Parents)

Disclosure: she’s my fiancée. She cooks my dinners. She’s my bestest friend in the whole wide world.

OK, now with that out of the way, I have to tell you something.

3 people on this earth mean more to me, than anybody. Kelli, and my parents.

I’m tearing up as I write these words, because now you’re going to here…..”the rest of the story.”

Both with my parents, and with Kelli.

My parents gave me money to pay rent, and to eat, when I had another from 4 cents to $20 in my bank account, for a series of months. I lived through a humiliating, sometimes funny, because I was so broke, and sometimes, outright despicable portion of my life.

My parents supported me, and loved me, and kept the dream alive, when I was killing myself, and when I gave up almost EVERYTHING, selling virtually all of my possessions, to keep the dream alive.

I love my parents, and I’m so grateful to have them with me. Can’t wait to get back to NJ in December.

Now, my old man – Keith – is retired, so you can’t hire him, but if you want to do something nice for him, donate to The Patrick School.

Throwback picture. Our home office in Koh Lanta, Thailand, from May 2013.

He’s on the board of directors and he, along with David Litman, are the 2 folks who’ve almost single handedly kept an inner city private school which helps kids live a brighter, more prospering future, open. He’s devoted much of his life to the school, and I have learned so much about living on purpose, from him.

This school is on the brink of closing – and actually it DID close once already – so any and all support is appreciated.

Donate to The Patrick School here.

OK on to Kelli.

If you like me, thank her. If you’re inspired by me, thank her. She’s a gift to me.

She’s responsible for my success more than anybody on earth.

During my lean years, she supported us financially. She kept the ship afloat. She was my support system, along with my dad, when I was an online nobody.

She also whipped my butt into shape, teaching me how to seize opportunities, namely, my freelance writing gig.

On top of that, if you really, really like my blog, and feel UBER inspired by its presentation, Kelli was a prime part of making this vision possible.

The thing is, KC is a brilliant, clear-thinking, personal development coach. She taught me that:

I was suffering from Underdog Syndrome

I had severe issues with deserving and worthiness

My prosperity consciousness needed some serious fine tuning

I learned from many brilliant self help coaches online but Kelli provided her wisdom, insight, and clear thinking, honest observations, in person, and was the catalyst for exposing, and surfacing, my blocks, so I could create this insanely cool blog and brand I’ve built today.

She’s as much responsible for the inspiration that I bring to you, than anybody, because she literally coached me here.

I did a bunch of mental and physical work on my own, of course, and have almost always been a super positive, peaceful, calm and happy guy, but I needed fine tuning in these areas.

Kelli coached me here. Point blank. She’s a pro’s pro, coaching-wise.

Well, I am so excited to announce that Kelli just went live with her happiness consulting services.

Look at me. Look at Blogging from Paradise. Look at this blog, my brand. Then, look at my sidebar. Look at my eBooks, the travel pictures, the lifestyle. Look at the freedom.

She coached me here, folks.

I know of no better glowing endorsement than my life, my brand and my freedom.

Kelli is a thoughtful, caring, compassionate person who’s overcome so many difficult things in her life, including being flat broke at the time of the death of her father.

Most people are paralyzed by that devastating 1-2 punch for years.

Kelli used this traumatic, horrible experience to grow through, not slow through, and she became a high earning, highly successful and respected, globetrotting freelance writer through it.

She has her results to back up her services, and yep, she is THE happiness consultant who will help you live your life made to order.

Contact Kelli here to learn more about her coaching services.
