So tomorrow and on Monday are two of the biggest shopping days of the year, best known as Black Friday and Cyber Monday, where we can all finally get our hands on what we’ve been coveting even before the season started.
I’ve included the must-have pieces in a nutshell this season :
Knitwear. A grey oversized knit is a must and it goes just with about everything in your wardrobe including being on top or below of more layers. It must be soft and of great quality for years to come. I have not found a more perfect one than this one from Whistles, excepting for that Jil Sander one, which is way overpriced, but this one comes pretty close.
Jackets and Coats. A biker jacket and a camel coat are solid basic staples for fall and winter and these two come in the perfect size, form, and with the perfect details.
Party Dresses. Because we all need little black dresses to cover our festive season wear needs and beyond. Solace London makes the best budget designs out there. Sexy without being tacky, clean lines and cuts, and the perfect dose of elegance without being overly girly. If you are not the dress kind of gal, give their jumpsuits a go, they are just as amazing and sleek.
Shoes. Sneakers and boots is all you need for the colder days to come. The Roshe model is, by a far stretch, the coolest. I even got the grey version in addition to my classic black and white ones.
When it comes to the perfect comfortable everyday ankle boot, Acne always hits the nail on the head, so the classic Pistol boots is one of the best investment pieces you can make. For a sleeker, more elegant heeled version, these ones from Saint Laurent have about the ideal form and with a super low heel. Major score!
Accessories. I doubt that there are many brands whose waiting lists are as long as those of the Mansur Gavriel bags and there is a good reason for it. Minimalistic, practical, and aesthetically pleasing, you can’t have it better. This backpack is the perfect everyday bag, for sure.
Beauty. Urban Decay’s Naked Palette and the infamous RMS Beauty Luminizer are two of the most hyped beauty products EVER and both are compatible with any skin type or tone, so basically they are must haves in every bathroom counter. The Naked Palette is an assortment of the most sublte shades for a natural look and the Living Luminizer besides being organic and better for your skin, it gives you the most natural glow, without being shimmery at all.
