Let’s face it. Everyone gets into a slump sometimes when it comes to cooking healthy meals for themselves and family, and we’re no different. Here are our favourite sites for food inspiration.

1. Oh She Glows

This super popular food blog penned by Canadian Angela Liddon  is a favourite among the Well.ca staff for lots of good reasons. Her recipes are all plant-based and vegan friendly (with many being gluten-free and allergy-friendly as well), but they’re totally accessible for omnivores and vegans alike. From delicious fresh smoothies to sweet reats like chia pudding and hearty, healthy meal solutions like salads and bowls, Oh She Glows proves that eating healthy doesn’t have to mean feeling deprived.

2. Super Healthy Kids

Like so many of you, lots of us are parents with little ones of our own, and feeding them food that’s healthy and nourishing is really important to us. As busy parents, it can be hard to find recipes that are easy and quick to make, kid-friendly, AND that we’ll actually feel good about feeding our kids. That’s where Super Healthy Kids comes in. We love that the site makes it easy to find recipes for every part of your meal (from salads and sides to popsicles and treats), and that you can filter by recipes to suit virtually any dietary restriction.

3. Running on Real Food
