This year the Utah National Parks Council, Boy Scouts of America will celebrate the virtues of Scouting at the Celebration of Eagles Banquet on October 30, 2015 at Utah Valley University. Men who have made significant local, regional, and statewide career achievements will be honored with the Outstanding Eagle Scout Award. A select few will be honored with the prestigious Distinguished Eagle Scout Award, recognizing national and international career and civic achievements.

In addition, we will celebrate all who have earned their Eagle Scout rank. Last year alone 2,396 youth earned their Eagle Scout Award in the Utah National Parks Council. One of the purposes of this banquet is to help young men meet with business and community leaders in a career field of interest as they enjoy their dinner.

Four of our honorees this year are also members of the Keepers of the Flame. Their commitment to help strengthen Scouting has helped the Utah National Parks Council continue to provide quality Scouting programs for youth.
