The rankings by College Prowler reveal the following cool trends:
Apparently, the further west your college is located, the more you will pay for drinks (with the obvious exception of the No. 1 overall California State University – Chico): the West’s Top 10 averaged a “cheapness” score of 8.78, the Central had a 9.11 and the East came out on top with a 9.28.
Two colleges (Ohio University and the University of Georgia) on this list are located in cities named “Athens.”
Texas houses the most colleges (four) on the Top 100 list, the most of any state. Georgia has three, the second-most.
Of the 30 schools listed, only six are private institutions: three from the East (Tulane University, Gannon University, Allegheny College) and three from the West (Gonzaga University , Pacific Union College, University of Denver).
Enjoy and, as always, drink responsibly!
