“Highly Recommend! Friendliest Hotel Staff- Wonderful Experience!”
“My company hosted a corporate event at the Royal Sonesta in Baltimore a few days ago and everything was beyond my wildest expectations. Out of all the events I’ve hosted or attended in other hotels/cities, this hotel HANDS DOWN has the most friendly, polite and conscientious staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I did not meet one single person that didn’t did not take pride in their work, ask how my day was going, if I slept well, how my presentation went, if our guests were happy, did I find time to eat, etc. Several of the folks I met said they’ve been working at this hotel for over 20 years. If you ever worked in the service industry, which I have, you know how incredible that is! If I may, I’d like to give a special shout out to Lynette and the two Dons. XOXO!
If the staff alone isn’t enough for you to consider hosting an event here, I’ll add that the property is beautiful, in a fantastic location, and CLEAN. The beds were so comfy the only downside was that it was difficult to get out of at 4:30 in the morning.
I’ve attended corporate events in several high end hotel chains (Ritz Carlton, Waldorf-Astoria, etc) and I swear this was truly one, if not the best, experiences I’ve ever had. The positive feedback we’ve received from our meeting attendees has also been overwhelming. So much so that we are already planning our next meeting in the same location. I highly recommend this hotel. Thanks again, Royal Sonesta – Baltimore. You definitely put the “charm” in Charm City!”
