“SNEAKERNESS AMSTERDAM TICKET PROMOTION” TERMS & CONDITIONS
This Foot Locker online “Sneakerness Amsterdam Ticket” promotion (the “Competition”) is organized by Foot Locker & U-Dox (the “Promoter”). There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter the Competition.
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms & Conditions”) are the terms and conditions that apply to the Competition. By entering the Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions a copy of which will be posted on www.sneakerpedia.com. These Terms and Conditions will apply unless otherwise expressly stated or varied by the Promoter. Please read these carefully prior to taking part in the Competition .
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
The Competition is open to all residents across United Kingdom, France, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, France, Austria, Germany, Portugal, who are at least 18 years of age at the date of the Competition period. Employees of the Promoter and any of their subsidiaries, agents or any other business involved with the administration of the Promotion, as well as their family members are not eligible to participate.
Employees, directors and officers, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses), and their respective household members, of the “Foot Locker Entities,” and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and Promotion agencies are not eligible to enter.
HOW WILL ‘ALL STAR GAME TICKET PROMOTION’ BE RUN?
The Promotion will run from 8pm (CET +01:00) Tuesday 8th May until 00.00pm (CET+01:00) Thursday 21nd May 2015 (“the “Closing Date”) across Foot Locker’s social media platform on Instagram. T&Cs will be available at www.sneakerpedia.com.

Sneakerpedia invites Participants to enter the Promotion for a chance to win one of five pairs of tickets (with a value of 10 euro per ticket) to the Sneakerness Amsterdam event on Saturday 23rd May or Sunday 24th May 2015 Amsterdam, The Netherlands. If a Participant decides to take part in the Promotion, he/she has to log into his/her Instagram account and re-gram Sneakerpedia’s Promotion posts within the Promotion Period. The Sneakerness Amsterdam event’s posts is an Instagram post, which was posted on the Social platform above mentioned at the start of the Promotion Period and which contains the hashtag #SPAMSTERDAM
By doing so, he/she will become eligible to be entered into the draw
Winner Selection: The winners will be selected in a random draw, conducted within 1 working day after the end of the Promotion Period by U-Dox, the independent promotional verification service, from all valid entries.
The random draw will include all the Participants and the five winners will be announced after the end of the Promotion. Sneakerpedia will create one post that features all the winners’ names within 5 working days as of the draw. The Winner and his/her guest must have a valid passport and checked the entrance requirements to The Netherlands
If a prize winner fails to claim(respond on a personal message) a prize, within the time specified in the Promoter’s prize notification, the prize winner will automatically forfeit his/her prize and another prize winner will be selected.
The Promoter will not pay for any food, drink, travel, hotel and insurance or other expenses for the winner and his/her guest attending the “Sneakerness Amsterdamevent”. The promoter will not pay for any cost related to visa or other documents required to travel to The Netherlands.
The Promoter won’t be liable if the winner and/or his/her guest is/are refused admittance to the The Netherlands.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash value. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute Competition prizes at any time with prizes of equal or greater value.
Any prize shall be provided to the prize winner for use strictly subject to the terms and conditions of such prize. Each entrant can only win a maximum of one prize.
Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries submitted by or via third parties or syndicates, entries submitted by macros or other automated means, and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant’s entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that participant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
PARTICIPANT’S DECLARATION
Participants may be required to participate in advertising or Promotional activity for the Promoter, without payment. In addition, the Promoter will have the right, at its absolute discretion and without payment or permission to the participant to use the winners’ video, pictures, name, region of residence for related Promotional purposes.
Participants hereby agree that the Promoter shall be entitled to use Participants’ name, region of residence and that this information may be used in any other media for marketing or other business purposes, without compensation or prior approval by the Participants.
The Promoter reserves the right to sub-licence such right to, the Promoter’s and Foot Locker’s associated companies, sponsors, partners and other relevant third parties on the same basis.
Entrants hereby agree that Promoter and Foot Locker shall be entitled to use such pictures, name, region of residence and that this information and/or these images may be posted on Promoter’s website or any website operated by any affiliated company of Foot Locker, or used in any other media for marketing or other business purposes, without compensation or prior approval by the entrants. Promoter and Foot Locker shall have all rights related to such images and their use.
Moreover, please consult the General Terms and Conditions Instagram: these must be respected as well.
PERSONAL DATA
Promoter shall only transfer your personal data to affiliated companies and/or third parties to the extent that this is necessary for the executing of this Promotion.
You can exercise your rights of access, correct, cancel or disagree with the personal data by contacting promotions@footlocker.eu, clearly indicating your name, surname, address and e-mail address.
By entering the Promotion, all Participants consent to the processing and use of this data.
DISCLAIMERS
Except in the event of negligence, fault or deliberate acts or omissions on the part of the Promoter or its agents, the Promoter does not accept responsibility for any entries lost, damaged, corrupted, delayed, quarantined, or not received by the Promoter, whatever the cause; and the Promoter is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other, failures or damage of any kind.
In the event of obvious error in these rules, illegality, act, omission, event or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which prevent the administration of the Promotion as originally intended, the Promoter reserves the right to amend these rules or withdraw the Promotion. The Promoter will not be liable for any form of loss/disappointment, any failure to perform, run or delay in performing its obligations caused by same.
The Promoter/Foot Locker reserves the right, in its absolute discretion and without indemnification , to refuse the entrance to Sneakerness Amsterdam to the Winner or his/her guest as an example he/she or his/her guest cannot proof of their identity and for any other reasonable ground reasons,
MISCELLANEOUS

If any provision or part of these Rules is deemed void or unenforceable, then that provision or part shall be deemed excluded and the remainder of the Rules shall remain applicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by the law, Foot Locker/Promoter shall not be liable for any claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt ownership and/or use of the prizes. This limitation of liability is a comprehensive limitation of liability that to the maximum extent permitted by law applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) direct, indirect, or consequential damages; loss of data, income, or profit; loss of damage to property; and claims of third parties. Participants agree that Foot Locker/Promoter have not made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, statutory, express or implied (including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, title and fitness for a particular purpose), in fact or in law, relative to the Promotion. FRAIS
