EL MATADOR STATE BEACH

El Matador State Beach attracts many beach goers as one of the most beautiful beaches in Malibu. With sea
caves and large rocks along the coastline, views from the upper cliffs are incredible. The long stretch of beach
offers plenty of sand for sunbathers. Body boarders and bodysurfers visit El Matador year-round because of
both summer and winter swells.

PARADISE COVE BEACH

28128 Pacific Coast Highway, Malibu, CA 90265

As you’d expect, this stunning spot more than lives up to its name. Paradise Cove has even been the setting for
many beach scenes in Hollywood movies. It is a great starting point for long beach walks, finding mansions
and private beaches to the east and sandstone cliffs to the west.

ESCONDIDO FALLS

Escondido Canyon Trail, Malibu, CA 90265

This is one of the most popular trails in the Santa Monica Mountains. The Winding Way Trail in Malibu leads
to the multi-tiered 150-foot tall Escondido Falls, the tallest waterfall in the Santa Monica Mountains. While
the waterfall’s strength is subject to the levels of precipitation, the trail to the base of the falls is a shaded,
lovely stroll. The trail to the upper tiers of the falls is an exciting challenge for avid hikers.

SOLSTICE CANYON

3455 Solstice Canyon Road, Malibu, CA 90265

The solitude, serenity, and abundant natural resources have attracted people to Solstice Canyon for centuries.
Located in Malibu, this site has one of the only year-round waterfalls in the mountains. Full of history dating
back to the early 20th century, visitors can take an easy hike for a couple of miles, or a strenuous hike over
six miles. Proximity to the beach makes this an extremely popular destination on weekends.

POINT DUME

Cliffside Dr, Malibu, CA 90265

Point Dume State Beach features headlands, cliffs, rocky coves and vast beach access, and is a perfect place
to watch for California gray whales during the December to mid April migration period. It’s also home to a
handful of very moderate single pitch rock climbing routes. Point Dume’s Westward Beach continues to be a
popular filming location for films, television, advertisements, and videos, appearing frequently whenever a
beach scene is needed.

MALIBU WINE SAFARIS
