The second tier has a black box adorned with fuschia pink ribbon on top of white ruffles with sugar flowers popping out of the top. This birthday cake is an elegant way to celebrate a girly girl. This tall tier is blush pink with a gold crown and wand and the bottom half an ombré of pinks trickling down the tier.

This ruffle adds a frilly feel to a first birthday topper cake and is perfect for a ballet themed birthday party like this one. The cake is a light pink quilted tier with dark pink dots at the corners and fondant tutu ruffles aly ranting in light pink and dark pink on the bottom half of the tier. A sparkly dark pink number one stands on top with a pair of ballet shoes hanging off the tier.
