Recently, a large number of PowerPoint users experienced troubles with opening .pptx presentations that contained Flash objects due to an issue in the previous version of Flash Player (version 19.0.0.185). Thanks to Adobe’s high attention to this problem, this issue has been resolved and the fix is included in the latest official update (version 19.0.0.207). We recommend all MS PowerPoint users upgrade to the latest version of Flash Player and turn on Windows automatic updating if it was turned off before.
However, the corrupted PowerPoint files can’t be restored with just an update of the Flash Player ActiveX component. Don’t worry, because we have a solution for that.
