It’s just as well we had a long Easter weekend – we’ve only just recovered from our fantastic ‘Telling Your Story’ seminar at Bournemouth University Executive Business Centre!
Fuelled by strong black coffee, Managing Director Paul Tansey set the storytelling tone with a brief history of Intergage and what that means for our customers.
The seminar was then opened by our keynote speaker, Google agency Development Manager Dan Gordon.
Dan highlighted how companies can use pay per click advertising to promote their USP with methods including remarketing, YouTube ads and Gmail ads.
Intergage’s Roan Fair outlined the 6 Steps To Telling Your Story. With 22 years of journalism experience (including nine as Daily Echo Bournemouth business editor), few have told as many business stories as Roan.
The six steps are what we consider the core elements to successfully communicate with your audience through storytelling and multichannel campaigns.
Whether you’re a professional or a hobbyist photographer, chances are you’ve heard of Mike Browne of www.PhotographyCourses.Biz.
He is a true YouTube legend and has been recognised by Google, receiving its prestigious Silver Play Button for owning one of the top 100 YouTube channels in the country, attracting more than 150k subscribers plus a staggering 12 million views and counting.
These accolades, along with the fact that he is one of our most valued clients, made him just the man to tell his business story and share some words of wisdom about finding online success through social media.
No stranger to storytelling and helping businesses to embrace what they stand for was Mark Masters, author of The Content Revolution and one half of the Marketing Homebrew podcast.
Mark kindly joined us to share his ideas about developing the ‘owned media mindset.’
Rounding off the event in style, our panel was joined for a lively Q&A session by Intergage marketing experts Mike Finn and Brodie McIntosh.
Join us on Facebook to see all of the photos from the event and we look forward to seeing you all again for our seminar in October (more information TBC).
