We posed a question to the semi-finalist below, “What is the secret to your success?”

Andy Smith —  My sphere of influence connected to my 30+ years in the United States Air Force has been huge for my success during my almost 4 years in the business.  In addition, the systems, processes and programs that I’ve developed and implemented have helped me help more clients meet their real estate goals.  My philosophy is this:  Treat people right and they’ll tell 4 people.  Treat people wrong and they’ll tell 40, unless they’re on Facebook where they’ll tell 400!

Barbara H. Lane — Dedicated 110 % to meet my clients real estate needs; whether buying, selling, investing or relocating. A seasoned traveller with a multi-cultural background and experience that enables me to be a skilled negotiator, with your best interests as my priority relate with respect to the more esoteric requirements.
