Interpublic Group is merging Mullen and Lowe and Partners to form Mullen Lowe Group. Alex Leikikh, previously CEO of Mullen, was named chief executive of the combined firm, while Lowe and Company CEO Michael Wall will leave the company after a brief transition period, the holding company said in a statement.
