Dubai, in a bid to increase the accessibility of hotels to its tourists, has launched four shuttle bus routes from Dubai International Airport to a number of hotels. The bus service, named as Skybus, will operate around the clock and relieve the visitors from tedious tasks of finding a transport to their hotels.
Skybus connects Dubai International Airport with 26 of the most visited hotels in the emirate. Since most of the popular hotels provide transport from the airport, what is the unique thing about this new bus service? For starters, it’s really economical. The transport service comes complete with extra luggage carrying facilities so you don’t have to worry about fitting everything in a single cab and find some place to squeeze yourself next.
I mentioned before that this service is economical so let me tell you about the price of ticket. Its Dh 15 only and within this, the service offers you free snacks and drinks and free WiFi. Dubai Roads and Transport Authority director of buses Mohammad Al Ali says that the new service will offer a direct link to the accommodation which will enable the tourists to reach their hotels faster and have plenty of space for luggage.
Free snacks, drinks and WiFi are all i need to spell an excellent entry in the emirate of Dubai. I suppose quality transportation with proper spaces for big luggage along with refreshments in just Dh 15 is not a bad deal after all.
