Ok, so this month we have the challenge to create a recipe inspired by weir but delicious ingredients in a bundt cake, and this challenge was a little difficult for me, because I’m use to a familiar flavor combinations and it was a little hard to think on an interesting but delicious combinations to make.

I first took a look in all the cakes I made this past years and I did not find any peanut butter there, so I came out with this very interesting combo of peanut butter and sour cream. Because I love so much the flavor of the both together whenever I make a dressing.

I want to say thanks to June from How to Philosophize with Cake  for giving us this amazing challenge.

Peanut Butter Sour Cream Bundt Cake #BundtBakers

Peanut butter and sour cream cake, a different way to eat your peanut butter

Ingredients

2 1/4cup

flour

2cups

sour cream

1/2cup

creamy peanut butter

1teaspoon

vanilla extract

4

eggs

2teaspoons

baking powder

1teaspoons

baking soda

1cup

sugar

1/2cup

vegetable oil

pinch of salt

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat, sour cream, peanut butter, sugar and eggs, for 5 minutes.
Add oil, and vanilla extract.

In another bowl mix, flour, baking soda and baking powder, add to the mixture above and beat for just 3 minutes.
Place the mixture in a bundt pan, previously grease and bake.
Make sure to check the cake in the center once the time is over to be sure it is completely bake.
