An ASMR-esque Game Room Tour

Kinda like the how Taco Ball has shells that taste like Doritos, here we have what would normally be just a regular ol’ game room tour infused with ASMR flavoring. I suppose such a thing was only a matter of time, given that ASMR has already been employed to look at old video game magazines.

Though what really sells Elizabeth Asmr’s vids is how she’s not really into video games (they belong to her husband), so her focal points and observation are at times rather curious, indicative a true outsider. It’s easy to imagine some gamer dork stumbling across the video above, wondering why in the hell she cares about a Battlefield Hardline poster, let alone her stroking it and whispering.

Actually, that’s precisely what happened, as evidenced by the intro of the second tour, in which Elizabeth explains why the first video’s comments were disabled. It’s less than shocking to hear that compared to ASMR enthusiasts, video game enthusiasts are not nearly as chill. Which is why it’s especially nice that she even bothered with a part two at all (though no doubt the amount of hits are somewhat worth the hassle)…

What I find the most charming are the tidbits of info she also casually passes along about her husband. Like how such and such game is something he’s held on for years, since his childhood, or how his more technically inclined father, who is an engineer, is lending a hand towards console-izing some Neo Geo MVSs. And not gonna lie… I also like she sounds like Bjork. Sorry. Anyhow, here’s the recently uploaded part three. My fave part is her comment regarding one of the Mario & Sonic Olympic games: “Oh, they know each other!”
