The Ritz-Carlton honours Damiani – The jewellery house of Damiani, is turning 90 this year. To honour the luxury jewellery label, Chef Pino Lavarra of the Ritz-Carlton in Hongkong has created a five-course dinner menu, totally inspired by the Damiani Jewels. The menu will no doubt bring great exitement to lovers of gastronomy as well as jewellery enthusiasts.
