It's hard to believe that March is nearly here, and the madness that follows will soon take over the lives of every college basketball fan who will be glued to their phone, tablet and television screens to watch the the beauty that is March Madness.

The ACC, to no one's surprise, is full of talented teams that could make some real noise in the NCAA tournament. What is a surprise, however, is how inconsistent some of the top teams have been this season.

The 2017 ACC Men's Basketball Tournament will be played from March 7 to March 11 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.

Below, you will find the bracket schedule and TV schedule of each ACC Tournament game.

*Final bracket seedings will be published after the last ACC regular-season games are played on Saturday, March 4.

Favorite: North Carolina

Easily the most consistent team in the ACC, the Tarheels will look at the rest of their competition and feel that they have a legitimate shot at not only winning their conference tournament but going on to make a run at the Final Four in the coming weeks.

UNC, ranked No. 5 in the nation, has performed well in conference play, posting a 13-4 record and 25-6 overall.

Although UNC is coming off a loss to ACC rival Virginia Cavaliers on Monday, the Tarheels are still in good position to make a run after the regular season, even though it was a historically bad showing against a lesser opponent.

This loss, as corny and annoyingly optimistic as it might sound, could be the wake-up call this team needs before heading into postseason play. The loss to Virginia should serve as a warning that you can't expect to walk over an opponent using pure talent at this point of the season.

Sleeper: Notre Dame

I was tempted to say Duke as a sleeper, but it's hard to imagine that the Blue Devils can put together a string of victories against very stiff competition. Especially if they have to play a team as dangerous as Notre Dame.

The Fighting Irish have a dangerous offense and are a solid team on the boards and in the paint, which is something that is overlooked at this point of the year.

Speaking of being overlooked, how about the outstanding play of Bonzie Colson?

Colson can single-handedly take over a game for the Irish for extended periods of time with pure hustle. But can hustle be enough to make a run in the tournament? Absolutely.

March Madness is all about who wants to win more. With players like Colson battling inside and spreading the floor for the rest of his teammates, six of which shoot 35.4 percent from long range, don't be surprised to see Notre Dame playing in the championship game.

Winner: Florida State

There's just something special about Florida State this season.

The second-best team in the ACC behind North Carolina, the Seminoles will face an uphill battle in the tournament if they want to make a run in March. But one thing is for certain: They definitely have the talent to do so.

Led by Dwayne Bacon and Jonathan Isaac, Florida State is a long, athletic and fast-paced team that can stretch the floor and attack the basket better than nearly any team in the conference. And that includes UNC.

The only real question make surrounding this team is, similar to Duke, consistency.

The Seminoles are undefeated at home but are 2-6 on the road this season, which can be a problem during the ACC tournament since the games will be played in Brooklyn. Maybe its psychological, maybe it's just chance.

But if Florida State can play to the best of their ability when the ACC tournament comes around, they could easily make a run and have the opportunity to claim a high seed in the NCAA tournament.
