Hello and Seasons Greeting from

BlackHillsGoldSource.com!

The purpose of this post is twofold.

First, we would like to announce our Special Sale

for our Subscribers and our Forum members.

Take 15% off your entire order of Landstroms

Black Hills Gold
Jewelry, even on our Featured

items that are
already reduced! Just enter code

on
Line 5 during checkout and you'll automatically
receive a 15% discount.

We appreciate your continued support and this is

our way of showing our gratitude and maybe making

it a little easier for you to afford that perfect gift for

the Holidays. But don't wait too long, the sale ends

this Saturday, November 22nd.

The second purpose of this email is to explain

another, easier way for you to hear about our

upcoming Sales and Specials. Perhaps you've

heard of RSS and never really gave it much

thought. RSS is powering everything on the

Web right now, and you're probably even using

it without even knowing it. It's a great way to

receive information from blogs, forums and

even podcasts that YOU want to subscribe

to, rather than receiving dozens of emails

cluttering your inbox.

I would like to explain how you can use it to both

receive updates about our upcoming Sales and

Specials, and to simplify your Web experience in

general.

Don't worry, I'll show you how - and it will be easy!

RSS TUTORIAL

The first thing you need to do is determine how you

want to view your RSS feeds. Whether you know it

or not, your browser Home Page (Google, My AOL,

My Yahoo!, My MSN, etc.) is using RSS to give you

updated information on things like weather, news,

sports, etc. And you can edit what you want to see

by adding, editing and deleting the various modules.

My favorite RSS reader is simply Google Reader.

You can go to http://www.google.com/reader and

set up Google Reader for free (there's a very short

instructional video that does a great job of explaining

the simple steps to set it up).

Now, once you have set up Google Reader, you

simply copy the RSS address of the site you would

like to subscribe to, go to your Google Reader page,

click "Add Subscription" and paste the address in

the box. That's it! Google Reader will show you a

list of entries from the blog, forum or podcast you've

subscribed to.

How do you find the RSS address of the site you

want to subscribe to? Easy! Usually there's a link

or a button on the blog page that says "RSS" or

"Subscribe to our feed" or you may just see the

following symbol:

Simply click one of these links and your browser

will open a page with the RSS Address, and often

even provide you with click-able buttons to add

directly to your favorite reader, whether it's Google

Reader, My AOL, My Yahoo!, My MSN, etc.

You can get started by adding our RSS Address to

your favorite reader today:

Or just click the orange RSS button above. That's it,

it's that easy! We hope you use this RSS feature

because it will make life easier and more interesting

and save you a lot of time as well. But don't worry,

if you prefer to receive email notifications, we'll still

send you emails as long as you remain a Subscriber.

If you have any questions or comments,

please do not hesitate to contact us.

Kind regards,

Michael Amato
