I have a few questions and need guidance.
I am starting a membership site that sells New Homeowner Mailing List for large U.S. Metropolitain areas and their surrounding counties. Each Month Members will enjoy tens of thousands of new leads for a reasonable recurring monthly fee. I am pricing the membership far below market value in order to quickly build a membership base. Also I would like to have an affiliate program where I would split the monthly fees 50/50 and continue to pay out residuals for as long as user are members. The residuals would be around $60 U.S. per month.
1.)Can anyone foresee issues with this business model?
2.)What is a good start for affiliate software?
3.)And finally........would this be something that people would actually want to be affiliates for?
