The bonuses was icing on the cake, just the bonuses alone is completely worth the price of this wso!

I have read NILES outsourcing and it must say it is "Rodolex" search for outsourcer if you need to build up your business and automate the work.
Same as what mentioned above, It’s got 4 separate pdf’s, one each for Fiverr; Odesk; the Warrior Forum and Elance. My suggestion is to get these, go through them all, and note the services you’re interested in.
I just did an interview with VA on Odesk and her work ethic verified the credential of people listed in this WSO. (Save time and money with effective outsourcing).

Instead of you having to trawl through various sites to find someone suitable for a task you need done, this valuable resource has been put together to save you that precious time.
I will keep it handy in case I need tasks done that I can’t do myself. Well done!

Outsourcing rocks. No two ways about it. For the cost of a pizza, a twelve-pack, and a pack of cigarettes you can knock out your to-do list and free your time up to focus on the mission-critical aspects of your Internet business (planning and testing, building JV relationships, launching products). But there’s a snag, a fairly nasty one at that: how do you know your outsourced worker can deliver? Any idiot with an Internet connection and a body temperature around 37 degrees Celsius can hang out a shingle these days. You won’t know they’re a turkey until you’ve hired and fired them.
Here’s while this product shines. Frankly, I’d like to know how Niles put together this list. He’s cut all the uncertainty, all the guesswork, all the frustration out of looking for a freelancer. Each name on this list of expert outsource workers could save you an hour of your time at the minimum. No more sorting through names on freelance websites, guessing who’s a diligent worker, who’s competent, whose profile is an honest reflection of their skills, as opposed to something they copied and pasted to present a facade of fluency with English. When you buy this product, you’ll receive a list of freelancers at four of the most popular websites for outsourcing work on the Internet today. The categories cover all the basics, from writing to design to rudimentary marketing — the stuff you don’t have time to devote a week or month to learning to do yourself. Save yourself the time. Save yourself the headache. Niles has done the work to find you the workers who can deliver your next outsourced project on time, at professional standards, at your budget.
You’ll kick yourself if you miss out, Warriors. If you’ll excuse me, I’ve got to hire a guy to record a voiceover for my next video.

You’ll get ideas from this report too as to where to find similar workers.

He’s managed to source the best of the best, for oDesk, Fiverr and more, which is going to save many people ALOT of time, more to the point, he’s found each tasks on all of the different outsourcing sites so you can use your favorite platform.
Finally, although I’ve searched for many of these tasks before myself, some of the results he’s found are far better than the outsources I’ve previously used, and will surely be switching to some of the users he’s highlighted.
THANKS

It is not a how to but a go to resource. I’d go so far as to call it a quick reference encyclopedia.
Well worth the money.

This is a great tool for quick reference to work you want to get done in a wide variety of categories. It’s got 4 separate pdf’s, one each for Fiverr; Odesk; the Warrior Forum and Elance. My suggestion is to get these, go through them all, and note the services you’re interested in.
For example … in the Fiverr pdf you’ll find mainly sources for products and services you need for internet marketing – from web and landing page design to ebook covers, keyword research, getting traffic to your site (and more)
From Odesk you’ll find Social Media Marketing, article marketing, email marketing, video production (and more)
In the Warrior Forum file he includes review writers and copywriters (and more)
Then on Elance he lists more of the same.
The bottom line is this is a very handy reference to have around to save time – and time is money!
