The European Bartending School is proud to offer the most developed bartending course in the world. So instead of covering the basics of cocktail mixing or learning standard recipes, an EBS course allows you to become competent in all the necessary aspects of bartending like cocktail techniques, flair, free pour and theory. This complete training program will allow you to find a great bartending position with the least amount of effort.

Tom “Dangerous” Dyer and EBS

With over 15 years as a professional bartending school, EBS quickly learned that a valid bartending education needs to combine all relevant bartending skills. It was this realization that brought Tom Dyer to us, an accomplished flair bartender and co-founder of the WFA (World Flair Association). Tom shares our ideas on creating the best bartending education for high-end venues and his contributions on our “Board of Education” have been invaluable.

A little something about Tom Dyer

Tom first started competing in flair in 2002, when he became the UK champion for the first time. Never satisfied, Tom racked up wins at 70+ competitions worldwide in over 50 countries. Over the last ten years, Tom has consistently ranked as one of the world’s top-5 flair bartenders. At his level flair bartenders become industry celebrities, meaning Tom is often an honoured guest or speaker at worldwide seminars and company demonstrations.

What EBS likes most about Tom are his unmatched skills in flair bartending and his effortless ability to transfer technique and knowledge to students. Being a bartender often turns you into that awesome guy that just becomes your best friend in five minutes, and Tom is the perfect example.

EBS the greatest bartender school in the world?

A dedicated institution like the European Bartender School employs full-time instructors and partners with the biggest brands in the drinks industry. To make sure our education is up to date and caters to the latest trends and developments in the bartending business, we created the EBS board of Education. This select group, of which Tom is one of the oldest standing members, hosts our annual Instructor Convention where we update all our instructors on the latest developments in our industry.

The European Bartender School employs the very best instructors in the bartending industry, lead by true bartending legends. Our dedicated schools can be found on four different continents, so if you are looking for a recognized bartending education, there really is no alternative to the European Bartender School.
