Dr Reuel Jethro Khoza has been appointed Chairman of the Globeleq Board.
Khoza, serves as a Co-Founder and Managing Director at Co-ordinated Marketing from 1981 to 1996.
Prior to starting Co-ordinated Marketing, Dr Khoza served as a Marketing Communications Manager at Shell SA from 1979 to 1981 and a Brand Manager at Unilever.
He joined Lever Brothers as Marketing Trainee in 1975 and left in 1978 when he was a Brand Manager.
He co-Founded Co-ordinated NInvestments Pty Ltd (CNI). He co-founded it in 1996 being a part of a group of 12 businessmen and professionals.
He serves as the Chairman of Akani Leisure Pty Ltd. He serves as the Non-Executive Chairman of Corobrik (Pty) Limited and NEPAD Business Foundation.
He serves as the Chairman of Aka Capital (Pty) Limited.
Dr Khoza served as the Non-Executive Chairman of Nedbank Limited until May 2015 and Nedbank Group Limited from May 2006 to May 2015.
Dr Khoza served as Co-Chairman of CIC Energy Corp until September 2008.
He served as the Chairman of Old Mutual Plc and Co-ordinated Management Consulting (Pty) Ltd.
Dr Khoza served as the Chairman of Eskom Holdings Limited for eight years. He served as Chairman of Afcomet, Tolcon, Vodac Pty Ltd, South African Student Internship Foundation, Sun Air, Corridor Development Corporation, Creda Press Pty Ltd, Glaxo Wellcome South Africa Pty Ltd and Murray & Roberts Cementation where he was the Non-Executive Chairman, Co-ordinated Networks Investments and Unihold Pty Ltd.
He served as an Executive Director of Standard Bank Investment Corporation since 1997.
Dr Khoza served as a Member of International Advisory Board of Lafarge SA He has been a Director of Nampak since January 2006. He has been a Non-Executive Director of Nampak Cartons & Labels since 2005.
He has been an Independent Non-Executive Director of Nampak Ltd, since October 2005.
He serves as a Director of BOE Asset Management, Quaystone Asset Management (Pty) Limited, Corobrick (Pty) Limited, Sasol Oil (Pty) Ltd, GRCR Limited and Johannesburg Securities Exchange.
He served as a Director of Munich Reinsurance SA, S C Johnson & Son SA, Servgro, Vodacom Group, JSE Limited, Sail Group Limited, Gold Reef Resorts, JCI, Pinnacle Holdings, IBM SA, IST Holdings Ltd, Datacentrix Ltd, Guardrisk Assurance Co Ltd, Norwich Holdings, Norwich Life, Comair Ltd, Standard Bank Group and Standard Bank of South Africa.
He served as a Non-Executive Director of Liberty Group Ltd from 1999 to November 2002 and Old Mutual Plc from January 2006 to May 2015.

He was a Member of South African State President’s Economic Advisory Panel and The Honorary International Investor Council of the President of Nigeria.
He served as a Lecturer at University of the North. Dr Khoza served as also a Major Tim Lecturer at Wits Business School in 1987.
He has been a leading proponent of a new management culture based on inclusivity, Afrocentricity and Ubuntu.
He has been the Author of the book Let Africa Lead, Attuned Leadership and the Co-Author of The Power of Governance.
Dr Khoza has obtained a Doctorate in English from University of Warwick, an M.A. in Marketing Management from University of Lancaster, a BA in Psychology from University of the North, South Africa, a Programme for Management(PMD) from Harvard Business School, the United States, an LLD, Honoris Causa, from Rhodes University and International Programme for Board Members (IPBM) from IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland.
