The Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington's 33rd annual RAMMY Awards Gala on Sunday could bring home a rare win in the “Chef of the Year” category: Marjorie Meek-Bradley of Ripple and Roofers Union is among the nominees, the first female chef to be nominated in that category since Hank’s Oyster Bar’s Jamie Leeds in 2009 (Leeds didn’t win).
