RJM Construction founders Bob Jossart and Joe Maddy have purchased the company back from the Pohlad Cos.
The duo sold the Minneapolis-based general contracting company in 2008 to the Pohlads' real estate arm, now called NorthMarq Cos.
Terms of the deal weren't disclosed.
The split "will allow RJM Construction the opportunity to work more closely with other real estate brokerage, property management and development firms, in addition to continuing its relationship with Cushman & Wakefield/Northmarq…
