Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota will open a retail store at the new Maurices headquarters building in downtown Duluth.
The roughly 5,000-square-foot store is Eagan-based health insurer's third retail location and the first outside the metro area. It previously opened locations in Edina and Roseville.
The Duluth store will provide customer service to Blue Cross members, assist newcomers with choosing and enrolling in health plans, and offer wellness activities.
