Restaurateur Ben Stratton, who launched a prepared-meal company, FitFuel 365, in 2012, has sold the grab-and-go concept to real estate developer Michael Staenberg and investor Matt Handler.
FitFuel 365 debuted in 2012 at Stratton’s now-shuttered Clayton restaurant, Stratton’s Cafe, and it had two other locations, at 11742 Manchester Road in Des Peres and at Mercy Hospital.
